Sometimes it’s the details that make the difference. This house in the Cerdanya is proof of that. From the exterior to the interior. The owner, with the help of Chone de la Sotilla, from Deulonder Arquitectura Domèstica, was in charge of the renovation and the final touch of decoration. ‘The owner wanted a second home that would be comfortable and functional, not too much work and with quality materials and hardly any maintenance’, says Chone. Done! The wooden slats have been a very decorative resource to achieve a sense of unity in the house. They are present throughout the house and make it warm and comfortable. Another trick? The warm grey colour as a stylish link, which provides just the right amount of personality. This love of detail, defined by a great sense of practicality, is repeated in every corner.
