From abandoned monument to exclusive apartments

Urban regeneration.
After a long period of disuse, the iconic Amsterdamsestraatweg water tower in Utrecht has been reborn with a vital new purpose. The prestigious architectural firm Zecc Architecten led this ambitious adaptive reuse project, achieving a comprehensive transformation that respects the soul of the building. This masterful intervention has effectively preserved the valuable historical heritage of the structure while maximizing its habitable volume to create homes with unparalleled charm.
Within this carefully curated interior architecture, Crearte Collections has contributed its design vision through the Organic sofa model. Crafted entirely to measure, this sculptural piece integrates seamlessly into the unique physiognomy of the tower, elevating the high-end residential aesthetic that defines the project. A clear demonstration of how bespoke furniture dialogues with architectural history to create contemporary environments of absolute luxury.
